CANTO Y POESIA: From Dusk to Dawn

“Between terror and tenderness, at an early hour, man works, painting a cure for tomorrow.” This verse by Cuban composer Silvio Rodriguez, dedicated to Ecuadorian painter Oswaldo Guayasamin, inspires our musical tribute to Latin American visual art.  Against  a visual backdrop by Brazilian artist Maria Barbosa, relish a unique concert of a capella songs and poetry set to music that celebrate the power of hope and inspiration.
